Three food producer projects delivered through CFIN UnPuzzled

We completed final reporting for three Atlantic food producer projects delivered through CFIN’s UnPuzzled programme.

We completed final reporting on 28 February 2025 for three food and beverage producer projects in Atlantic Canada. We delivered the work through CFIN’s UnPuzzled: Greening Your Food Manufacturing Operation programme.

The work connects programme support with the practical questions inside a food processing facility. Water use, heating and electricity all sit alongside production requirements. A useful project starts by defining the operating problem and the information needed to understand it.

For manufacturers considering this kind of work, the preparation matters. A baseline helps establish current performance. The project can then identify an improvement, work through the business case and document the result so the facility team can act on it.

Our part in these projects included delivering the work and submitting the final reports. The CFIN programme page provides the programme context for producers considering their own next steps.
